  • Personal Training
    Private personal training session in my primary fitness program. Each session will be customized to each client's individual goals. Session will focus on resistance training, balance, flexibility, core and cardio exercises. My life revolves around helping people reach their goals, feel better about themselves and educating them on how to live a healthy lifestyle. I am very passionate about helping my clients improve their lives.
  • Program Design
    If you do not want a trainer but do want a detailed exercise program that will help you reach your goals I can also help you with that. I offer a six week customized fitness program that you can do in your home or gym. This program design is extremely detailed and will tell you how to do the exercise, how many sets, reps and rest for each movement. It will also include a cardio program.
  • Buff Brides
    This is great for all the brides (and grooms) who want to look their best for their big day. I offer special packages for individuals or groups that will guarantee to show results. Bridal Parties receive a 20% discount on all packages. Brides can also bring a friend to train with at no additional cost.
  • Business Program
    I provide fitness sessions to companies who are seeking to improve the health and overall wellbeing of their employees. I will come to your place of business and design a group fitness class for you and your employees that will burn calories and build muscle. Please call for pricing for special rates do apply.
  • Senior Health
    This program is designed for older individuals that want to gain some of their youth back. As we get older our metabolism slows, we lose muscle mass, our bones weaken and our overall health begins to fade. Resistance training can help older individuals to improve bone density, increase metabolic rate, flexibility, and reduce the risk of onset diseases such as diabetes, back pain, high blood pressure and arthritis. I want to help prevent falls and fractures for this is a main concern for older individuals who or sedentary.
  • Teen Training
    This is wonderful program that not only focuses on strength conditioning and diet but will also educate them on the benefits of a healthy active lifestyle. It will also bring them self esteem to achieve any goal the set out to reach. This program is fun, motivating and challenging.
  • Diet Tips
    I am not a registered dietician or a nutritionist so I can not give you meal plans, however I can give you great advice on healthy eating. Each of my clients will be given a "diet overview" to determine what we can change to help you reach your goals. This is included in all packages at no additional cost. Please check out my recipes. They are all healthy and delicious.
